Our strength is our thorough knowledge and experience in sealing technology. Where we usually would meet to discuss new applications and to do failure analysis, we currently offer our customers “distance consultancy”.
By making use of all the communication channels e.g. email, phone and video conferencing, we are able to follow our routine for the development of sealing components as described in “our approach”. In a comprehensive Q&A (questions & answers) exchange, a full analysis of your application can be made. By exchanging sketches and drawings of the surrounding parts, an imaginary picture of the required seal or gasket is developed. And by using the data of the Q&A, our engineers will set up initial sketches of the sealing component required.
With regards to the improvement of existing parts, pictures and videos of the application or live streams can be used to get a detailed description of the application and the improvement required. Existing drawings of the current sealing component and its surrounding parts are helpful to determine the exact dimensions of the application.
Our engineering department makes use of IT applications e.g. Skype, Zoom and Facetime for live stream video conferences. For our sketches and drawings we make use of Solidworks. And for the engineering of your parts, you can count on the many years of experience in the sealing technology business!
